Our office is in beautiful Cologne/Mühlheim, but as a team we are at home all over Germany and mainly work together remotely. At least once a month, however, we take the time to meet as a team for 4 days on site in Cologne. In addition to our Christmas party, our monthly after-works and various team activities, which we take turns organizing as a team, have become an integral part of our collaboration.
